How are completed Title Search reports delivered?
We create a PDF file that includes report summary page, copies of documents listed on report and tax printout (when available). Title Search report is emailed to the email you provide.



Do you perform Tax Deed type searches?
No, our company does NOT perform title searches on properties in a Tax Deed status or where a Tax Deed Sale has occurred as they require in-depth searching.



Do you perform Commercial searches?
We strive to complete all search requests sent to us, but it is our policy not to perform commercial, agriculture, metes and bounds type searches or properties still in the developers name.



How does your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee work?

It's simple, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your report, we'll refund your money! We are not responsible for clerk recording errors resulting in mis-indexed documents and if such errors are found, no refund will be issued.



Are you able to complete all search requests?
a) No, unfortunately, we have our limitations! Every county is different in regards to how far back we can search Click here for Service Area and search from dates. If deed was conveyed prior to our search from dates, it is considered beyond our records. If we cannot complete your search, we'll notify you as quickly as possible and refund your money.

b) Although, we strive to complete all search requests, it is our Policy not to perform searches on commercial, industrial, agriculture, metes and bounds, nor properties still in the developer’s name. We only perform searches on residential, lot and block, condo, and apartment properties.

c) Many times we're asked to search distressed type (foreclosure) properties. Most of the time we're able to complete these with no problem, but on occasion, we opt not to, if we cannot complete search within a reasonable amount of time.

d) On occasion, some names we search (current and prior owners) have hundreds of judgments and court documents recorded against their names. When this is the case, we opt not to complete the search as it would take us too long to go though all these records.

e) We choose to keep it simple! Residential, lot and block, condo and apartment type searches are considered simple. These searches can be done in a reasonable amount of time and at the low price we offer.

f) Our company does NOT perform title searches on properties in a Tax Deed status or where a Tax Deed Sale has occurred as they require in-depth searching.
